Conditions of Stay

Thank you for choosing Harbury Fields Farm Touring Caravan Park. In order for us to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction, we ask that you read and observe the following. Please ensure your party fully observes these conditions during their stay.

You should:
1.1 Keep the pitch and the Park in the same state of repair, cleanliness and general order as when you arrived;
1.2 Observe any Park rules which may be posted around the park;
1.3 Respect the comfort and convenience of other site users or animals at the Park;
1.4 Allow us such access to your Pitch as we may reasonably require in the event of any need to carry out emergency repairs; and
1.5 Report all accidents immediately to a member of staff at the Park.

2. Your Safety
2.1 The Park is located in a rural environment, on a farm where the land can be muddy, slippery, and/or uneven. You should ensure that you and your party know your way around the Park and are familiar with the designated walkways between the conveniences. These walkways are provided for your safety. Please use them.
2.2 To help preserve the rural feel of the Park we use only low-level lighting on the Park during the night. Please take caution when walking over the Parkland. For your safety, we request that you remain on designated walkways and use a torch in the dark.
2.3 Please take all reasonable precautions when using the Park facilities provided by us including the shower block, laundry, washing up and electricity hook up.
2.4 Children must be supervised at all times when in the Park.
2.5 Please ensure that you and your party do not do anything to cause a nuisance to the farm and the animals living on it.
2.6 Your belongings are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to them during your stay.
2.7 While we cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury suffered by you or any member of your party caused by our negligence or that of our employees or agents, we do require you to follow these guidelines and to take all reasonable precaution to protect yourself from danger and/or risk of harm while at the Park.
2.8 There are signs on site to protect your safety; please follow these.
2.9 For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without compensation or refund where the behaviour of yourself or a member of your party impairs the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests or our members of staff or otherwise puts any of these people at risk.

3. Payment and Cancellations
3.1 We take a deposit to secure a reservation which is, in the event of cancellation, non-refundable. The remaining fee is payable online 4 days prior to arrival or at the site upon your arrival, by cash, credit, or debit card. 
3.2 If you are leaving the site earlier than planned please inform reception.  We will retain 3 nights fees as it is very difficult to resell the pitch at short notice.  The remaining fees will be returned to you.
3.3 If you are booking a one-night stay, you agree to make payment in full at the time of booking, which is not refundable should you cancel for any reason. 
3.4 If a confirmed booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit amount may be transferred to a subsequent date in the same year subject to availability.  An additional deposit may be required.  We regret that bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice cannot be amended, nor the deposit refunded.

4. Website Accuracy
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details in this website, including any promotional emails, are correct at the time of being published, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or results thereof. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.

While we do our best to ensure that all offer information is up to date and accurate, very occasionally some advertised dates in certain accommodation may not always be available on all the dates advertised. Please enquire when booking.

5. Online Booking
Please check all the personal details at the time of booking. We cannot take responsibility for booking or personal detail errors. All addresses and contact information must be correct at the time of booking for a successful payment to be processed. In the event of unsuccessful deposit payment, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday if payment is not received within 48 hours.
All communications are sent via an automatic email server and rely on a valid email address being supplied. We cannot take responsibility for loss of communication e.g. booking confirmation emails etc.  If the contact information is incorrect. We will make every effort to supply you with the relevant booking confirmations and receipts.

6. Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is between 1 pm earliest and 8 pm at the latest. Please check out by midday on the day of departure.

7. COVID-19
All guests must agree to adhere to hygiene protocols set out by HM Government, including instructions on social distancing, hand washing, and the reporting of infection if symptoms occur.
